LEARNING ENGLISH THROUGH VOCABULARIES WITH PASSION

English wasn't new to me. I have been learning it I since was a little boy. It was my father who taught me this so-called international language. He said that by mastering it I could go traveling around the world and make many new friends especially those from English speaking countries. But, I was just a boy and I never thought that far. All I wanted to do was playing outside the house with my friends.

I grew up with poor English where I had to struggle to learn it. Even we had a special English Class at the school, I still couldn't improve my English.
I was so happy when I passed my English exams though it was only D. At least, there was no red mark in my rapport book and my father wouldn't get angry with me when I showed it to him.

So how can I write this note better?

Some of you might not believe that it was Mrs. Lynda Ambrose Mudi (she was my former English teacher in high school) who encouraged me to learn English. I can have a better English today because of her. I have this kind of thought “If she can do it, why not me?”

Since then I spent my days learning English. I learned 5 new vocabularies every day.  And after 5 years, I can see the improvement in myself. I can speak and write English better.
So guys you also can learn English and improve it for the sake of your future.  There are many ways that you can use to learn English. One of them is learning new vocabularies every day. In my case, I learned 5 new vocabularies each day. You could start with 10 new vocabularies. Remember in learning new vocabularies, there is some rule that you have to follow.
Firstly, make sure you get the right spelling with the right meaning of a word. This could tricky as there are some words in English have two or more meanings. You have to be careful on this so you’ll not get confused when using the words to express something. Secondly, you have to be able to recognize and categorize the vocabularies into the right parts of the speech. It is important to be able to recognize the different types of words in English, so that you can understand grammar explanations and use the right word form in the right place. Thirdly, you must use the words you have learned in your life every day. Only by doing this, can you learn and improve your English skills. There’s no other way.
Now, what do you need in learning new vocabularies?
Of course you need English books. But it is not the first and foremost quality. To me, the first is Passion.
Yes passion.
Why passion?
Passion is the strong emotion or feeling toward something. If you have the strong passion of learning English (in this case learning new vocabularies), it will lead you to your goal. Even you have the best English book, the best English teacher, and the best method of learning English, but without passion, these won’t help you much.
So my fellow friends, you may start learning new vocabularies today with passion. And if you stick to the rules I have mentioned previously, I believe you’ll be a better speaker and writer of English some day.
